A fantastic evening

I am going about a month or more back now because I have wanted to write a post about this but kept running out of time to load the pictures.
I got to go to my first sporting event, a Giants game, with my friend Cathy Jo. It was amazing! Granted we did miss parts of the game due to chit chat, but I still got the jist of it.

Here we are.

These guys were right in front of us. Sweet flag eh? (These aren't the two guys that say nothing when they come to every game and never smile or say hello to anyone.)

I have to admit that I have always had a fascination with zambonies. I have no idea how to spell that. They have always been a source of delight for me......Jo has now seen another of my weird quirks. And so have you!

Here is one of the referees. I happen to like these guys a lot. I probably spent most of the game watching them trying not to get hit by the players, then watching the players themselves.

There you have it. Jess' quirky experience at her first professional sporting event.

sounds like fun! Even though I know nothing of sports, I love going to games.

Ya know, I understand that watching the refs; isn't it fascinating to watch them? They are super agile skaters; sometimes it's amazing to see how they can avoid being nailed.

Glad to hear you had fun!
