You have now entered Manitoba
Yup....I am writing from my sister and brother in law's place in Winnipeg. What a beautiful city! I am not joking, I am looking forward to having 4 days here on the trip back. I agree with my sis Kat that we are a bit snobbish in BC thinking that we have the most beautiful landscapes and sceneries (sp). I have enjoyed ALL the places that I have driven through. Alberta is not flat, it has plenty of hills and beautiful fields of grain just like a fairy tale world; Saskatchewan has plenty of character in itself with its flowers, and endless sky.....we don't see the sky like that in BC (it stretches on and on and is amazing); then Manitoba has many rivers and different trees and you can actually smell them even in the city! (there isn't the pollution that we know in the valley). I am excited to move into Ontario tomorrow and see what beauty is waiting there.....who knows?

Hi, jess, I've just spoken with Kat in Ontario and she is soooo excited to see you in a few days. Enjoy your travels to other provinces as I know there is beauty in all of them. Have a great time with your sis (both of them) and we'll see you when you return. Safe travels, Love, Mom and Dad
