A little somethin' somethin'

Well, I thought that it might be time for an update on what is going on in life. Hm, well now that this week is almost over life is going good. I had 2 major papers and a 1/2 hour presentation due from Monday - Wednesday, so it is a huge relief to have those over and done with. I have but a portfolio and 2 exams and then I am finished for another year!

I am nearing the end of a 2 week spring break (perks of working in the school system), and I have been blessed to have my good friend Jane (from Edmonton) out for the entire time. We've both been busy, Jane with a level 3 first aid course and myself with school work, so we have both had our study and fun times. Jane has been really tired lately (this course is a ridiculous amount of work!!), so I talked to my aunt and uncle and we are going to make use of their hot tub tonight (shhhhh). It should be fun!

What else.....well apparently I have a second job! My sister Kat teaches english literally across the street from our place, for 5 hours a week. She is leaving for 4 months (to Ontario then Guatemala) and so yesterday she gave them her notice and my resume. Not even looking at my resume, they hired me because I am "Katrina's sister" (yay Kat for having a good rep), so I will take over her class when she leaves. Hopefully I will do alright!

I can have a second job because I will just be done at UCFV = more time! Whoo hooo! Plus I have a little Honda Civic hatchback in mind for July that I would like to purchase, and besides skydiving in May, that is my new thing to save for!

Haha, now that I'm thinking about cars again I'm gonna go research a few more. I love spring break!
